Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the RingMia website and service provided by Goultra Peak LLC.
The service
RingMia provides an AI assistant that answers a business's phone and takes orders by voice or text. Features and included call volumes are described on our pricing page and in your plan.
Plans and billing
Service is offered month-to-month with no long-term contract. Fees, included calls, and overage rates ($49 per additional 100 calls) are as published or as agreed in writing. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. You may cancel any time; fees already billed are non-refundable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, and hours, for complying with laws applicable to your business, and for obtaining any consents required to record or text your callers where applicable.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service unlawfully, to harass, to send prohibited message content, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Phone numbers
If we provision a phone number for you, you may port it to another provider on cancellation at no charge from us; carrier fees may apply. We keep your existing forwarded number under your control.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goultra Peak LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end the service at any time. We'll help you transition your number and stop billing at the end of your current period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
