Information we collect
From our website: the name, business name, phone number, and email you submit through our demo-request form. From our service: when RingMia answers a call for a business customer, we process the caller's phone number, the audio and a transcript of the call, and the order details needed to fulfill the request. We also keep basic usage records (number of calls and texts) for billing.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide and operate the service (take and route orders, send confirmations), bill customers, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share with
We use trusted vendors to run the service: Twilio (telephony and messaging), Anthropic (the AI that understands the order), Resend (transactional email), Railway (hosting), and Hostinger (email). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep lead information until you ask us to delete it. Order and call data is retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet the business customer's records needs, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
Email info@ringmia.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of contact. We'll respond promptly.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
